With 21+ years of experience in utilizing biophysical techniques to solve the relevant problems in life sciences, Chaitanya is a seasoned professional. Chaitanya currently manages the Technical Services business of Shantani. Before Shantani, Chaitanya worked with Eli Lilly & Company at Lilly Corporate Center, Indianapolis, where he developed several technologies for drug discovery and protein analysis. Chaitanya earned a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA.
Yanping brings 23+ years of experience in conducting and managing cutting-edge life science research. Worked in three leading economies of the world – China, USA, and India, she has adopted the best Quality Management practices for Shantani. Before Shantani, Yanping worked for Vanderbilt University, Tennessee. Yanping earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Science and Technology of China and her Ph.D. from The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA.
